2. Advice

Together with you, we determine the question regarding the design and provide an initial interpretation. We can have this conversation at your location, but you are also welcome in our Living Showroom. During this conversation, questions and wishes can be expressed. Based on this conversation, we can jointly determine how we can further assist you.

We get to know the company and/or the client. We will show you our organization, collection and services. This is the time to decide together about further cooperation.

The following phases can help you to gain insight into what services we offer.

3. Creation

Our mission is to make everyone for whom we provide products and services feel 'at home at work'. This gives every company a unique signature. The CBS occupational overview shows that more than four million people work in an office environment in the Netherlands. Every company operates in its own way, with its own core values, its own proposition and, together with the (existing or desired) ICT infrastructure, this largely determines how work can be done. This forms your interior.

Has an (interior) architect already determined the interior? We will then provide advice on which products are best to use.

Has no interior design been made yet? Then our interior architects (BNI) will design this together with you. Discussions are held to jointly determine what your design can best look like. A timetable will be linked to this in order to keep the operational date in view, so that you are assured of correct and timely delivery.

Concepts, customization, interior construction, color advice, stain plan, floor plan, wall plan, lighting plan, acoustics control, a communication flowchart, work process scan, Virtual Reality Tour of the building and a plan for cable management? Everything is possible! If necessary, external specialists with whom we have a partnership will assist us. Ultimately we arrive at a final design, on the basis of which a quotation is issued. If you give us an agreement, a planning phase follows.

4. Planning

You have awarded us the contract and the operational date is known. Together we record the details of the agreements made in order to coordinate and manage our mutual expectations. This will be the guideline for progress. Depending on the complexity and cooperation with third parties, we meet to coordinate and monitor the planning. We employ experienced project managers to guide and direct this.

 

We are extremely experienced in logistics and have our own logistics resources and people. The installation and assembly of the goods is therefore carried out optimally. A logistics plan is written together with our logistics manager and the project manager, so that there is clarity for both sides about the work to be carried out. In consultation, goods from third parties can be transported to our logistics center to deliver all goods ready for use from our warehouse. This way you only have to deal with one company. During the planning phase, the user phase is also determined. The use of the building and the goods is described here, so that this can be communicated to the users.

5. Execution

Once the logistics plan has been determined, the installation and assembly of the goods can begin. As previously indicated, we can provide complete or partial project management. After delivery you will receive a checklist from us. If necessary, an action plan can be drawn up to record the work and service delivery(s) still to be carried out. Our goal is to communicate clearly so that all parties involved know when this work will be carried out. We do this with a delivery document. This contains the agreements made and also states what needs to be done and when. As far as we are concerned, we are not finished after delivery. Now comes the user phase.

6. Use

After delivery, we inform users about the correct use of the furnishings and goods. A user plan was drawn up for this in the planning phase, number 4. You can consider the correct use of various meeting rooms and quiet areas. But also, for example, ergonomic advice for the correct adjustment of office chairs, sitting and standing tables and various other working methods.

7. Service

The maintenance and management of the supplied furniture is linked to a maintenance contract. We periodically test and monitor (according to your wishes) the delivered furniture for use and technical status. The criteria for this depend on the furniture supplied. If goods need to be moved internally and the client cannot facilitate this independently, you can contact us.
