Staples had the desire to become an attractive employer and to meet the wishes and needs of young employees. Providing a healthy, safe and attractive working environment with good furniture was one of these. The question was to create an office environment where everyone feels and can be professional. Thanks to the smart integration of workstations in combination with the optimal flexibility collaboration software, productivity has increased. With smarter use of space there is a better balance between concentration and communication. A lot of space has been made available for social cohesion, meeting people in a pleasant atmosphere. The interior also had to provide an interpretation of the international character with expressions of identity. The philosophy was “Furniture don't move, people do.” & “Walk-in-office”, which had to be processed into a functional office layout.

It's a proven fact... There is better performance when people experience comfort in their workplace. Comfort is created by a combination of light, shape, materials, acoustics and climate. And last but not least, a spacious environment. In the workplace, 4 zones have been allocated for Collaboration & Concentration & Individual & Social.

The Social zone is designed as a home base, in the heart of the building.
Each 'home base' has its own theme per floor. Technology, Mail and Shipment, Office Supplies, Ink Toner and Office Furniture are reflected in all forms of the interior.
The Collaboration zone is filled with flexible furniture with choices in different seat heights.
This zone is recognizable in its function, because it is continuously filled with furniture in white and red colors.
