“Working in energy”

Innova is forced by a rapidly growing organization to rent a larger floor space to accommodate the influx of new employees. Partly to assess the maximum capacity of the new location, a feasibility study was conducted. The appearance is fresh and dynamic, but not too cold/masculine.

Architect about the new plan for Innova

After several discussions with Innova and the interior architect of Schaffenburg, the customer's wishes were translated into an interior design. The customer's wish was to take existing furniture and supplement it with new furniture. Because these were three different brands, this would quickly cause unrest in the room. That is why it was decided to design a wall on the end side. On the one hand, it is intended to 'level' the different workplaces and to create a calm image in the room. On the other hand, the wall has been given a dual function. Colleagues can sit down for a short consultation, which increases the dynamics. The height of the wall provides shielding in the open space, creating focus when necessary. This ultimately resulted in a final design and assignment.

Due to Innova's satisfaction, Schaffenburg was also invited to design a proposal for the company canteen. This had to have a multifunctional character. Lunch, meeting, Town hall meeting, informal consultation, presentations. This has resulted in a flexible space, to the great satisfaction of Innova.
